مستخلص: The article presents case studies of a 15-year-old girl with myelodysplastic syndrome and a 40-year old man who both underwent allo-stem cell transplantation (SCT). It discusses the cases of toxoplasmosis or mismatch patients in haematopoietic SCT patients with non-type II strains of Toxoplasma gondii infection. Researchers concluded that setting up serological and molecular follow-up as well as prescribing chemoprophylaxis remained as toxoplasmosis prevention strategy.
