مستخلص: The article presents a study which investigates the association of cervical length with progesterone therapy in women who are at risk for preterm birth. In this study, changes in transvaginal cervical length measurements of women which were taken between the 18+0 and 22+6 weeks' gestation were calculated. Results show that patients who were treated with progesterone has less cervical shortening than the placebo-controlled group.
