The article presents a case study of a 65-year-old man who suffered watery diarrhea and mesentric lymphadenopathy for 14 months in Tokyo, Japan. Medical examination shows that he has enteropathy T-cell lymphoma and results of capsule endoscopy shows that the water diarrhea is due to presence of white granular villi in his small intestine. Moreover, he is scheduled for salvage chemotherapy of etoposide, methylprednisolone, cytarabine and cisplatin (ESHAP). |
