The article presents a case study of a 76 year old woman with metastatic pancreatic cancer and carcinomatosis. She was trated for melena and was discharged home after determination of melena and stabilization of her hemoglobin. She also underwent a video capsule endoscopy (VCE). The article discusses about the complications of VCE, carcinomatosis and the Given Agile Patency System. |
