A case study of a 37-year-old woman who had undergone pelvic ultrasonography to investigate a vaginal discharge and right iliac fossa pain is presented. This had shown a soft-tissue mass related to the posterior wall of the bladder. Müllerianosis of the bladder was found in the lamina propria and muscularis propria. It is a rare condition in which an admixture of endocervicosis, endosalpingiosis and endometriosis. |
