The article discusses the significance of good teamwork for business developments. As discussed, true teamwork requires that time, practice, planning, and coordination. Selected guidelines on how to reach business goals were discussed which includes on setting goals and sharing it to the team, valuing the individuality, knowing each person's contribution, open communication, delegate appropriately, and learning from mistakes. In addition, teamwork has been considered as the most important concept for business development yet it is often misunderstood. |
