Primary focal hyperhidrosis is a common disorder with a significant impact on quality of life.1 Topical anticholinergics are an emerging therapeutic class in the treatment of focal hyperhidrosis. Assessment in focal hyperhidrosis is controversial with a significant number of patients discontinuing treatment due to lack of efficacy or adverse effects.6-9 Our objective was to evaluate the efficacy of a different formulation, a cream of oxybutynin chloride 10% prepared as a galenic formulation.
