The article presents a study on the activities of children in day care centers in Finland. The study uses systematic sampling and involves a total of 891 children, 15 of them have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A different learning environment for children with ADHD that resulted in different kinds of learning content is found. The study also suggests that 25.6% of ADHD children spent their morning activity in free play indoors followed by eating breakfast or lunch. |
