مستخلص: The article examines the effect of systemic inflammation induced by chronic antigen-induced arthritis (AIA) on the rate of mechanism of vascular lessions in rabbits with atherosclerosis. Methodology-wise, two models of atherosclerosis and chronic AIA were combined through coupling a hyperlipemic diet. Based on the results, the researchers concluded that the onset of chronic AIA in animals with atherosclerosis is associated with higher incidence of aortic lesions.
