مستخلص: Approximately 3% of intracranial aneurysm ruptures result in an associated subdural hematoma (SDH). SDH from intracranial aneurysm rupture without radiographic evidence of SAH, however, is rare. We report a case of an isolated retroclival SDH secondary to an intracranial aneurysm rupture.
