مستخلص: The article presents a case study of a 46-year-woman presented with a painful, deep ulcer in the left leg. Topics include medical history of diagnosed with plaque psoriasis at age 7 years and destructive axial and peripheral polyarthritis since age 18 years, sacroiliitis typical of psoriatic arthritis diagnosed in computed tomography and no signs of venous or arterial thrombosis or arteriopathy revealed in Doppler ultrasonography, and treatment by anakinra therapy for Pyoderma gangrenosum.
