The directions of improving different aspects of interrogation tactics during an investigation of legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime in the conditions of using virtual currencies are offered. ; Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням тактики проведення допиту під час розслідування легалізації (відмивання) доходів, отриманих злочинним шляхом, в умовах використання віртуальних валют як однієї з найпоширеніших слідчих (розшукових) дій. Окрему увагу приділено тактичним прийомам проведення допиту свідків, підозрюваних та обвинувачених. Запропоновані напрями вдосконалення окремих аспектів тактики допиту під час розслідування легалізації (відмивання) доходів, отриманих злочинним шляхом, в умовах використання віртуальних валют. |
