In this article the author discusses the benefits of moving the corporate electronic-learning to an external site. He is critical of not having a rapid process with many discussions to the key internal stakeholders to gain agreement to go on and move outside of the bank's firewall. Also investigated was the downside to hosting outside the group that needed a complete focus on cross-skilling and succession planning. |
