Introduction and purpose: Learning and behavioral differences are observed due to hereditary factors in the learning process which continues from birth to death. The fact that the methods and instructional technologies used in the learning and teaching processes in the trainings did not provide the desired level of positive developments in all individuals was effective in concentrating on the learning and teaching styles. Because learning styles, although not only factor in the realization of learning at different levels is one of the most important elements of the learning-teaching process. Material and Method: In this study, detailed information about the four-dimensional learning theory of Neil Fleming and Colleen Mill which has an important place in the educational sciences literature is given and the adaptation of VARK Learning Style Inventory for Athletes (Version 7.1) which was formed as an extension of this theory to Turkish is presented. The sample of the study who continue their education at the graduate level in the fields of sports science and state universities in Turkey is actively pursuing sports life has created 428 randomly selected individuals. Results and conclusion: The results of this study show that the validity and reliability coefficient of the VARK Learning Style Inventory for Athletes (Version 7.1) is high with 0,79 in terms of similarity between the two forms and can be used to determine the learning styles of athletes in our country. Giriş ve Amaç: Bireyin doğumundan ölümüne kadar devam eden öğrenme sürecinde kalıtımsal faktörlerden dolayı öğrenme ve davranış farklılıkları görülmektedir. Antrenmanlardaki öğrenme ve öğretme süreçlerinde kullanılan yöntemler ve öğretim teknolojilerinin tüm bireylerde istenilen düzeyde olumlu gelişmeleri sağlayamaması, öğrenme ve öğretme stilleri konusuna yoğunlaşmada etkili olmuştur. Çünkü öğrenme stilleri, öğrenmenin farklı seviyelerde gerçekleşmesinin tek etkeni olmasa da, öğrenme-öğretme sürecinin en önemli unsurlarındandır. Yöntem: Bu çalışmada, eğitim bilimleri literatüründe önemli bir yere sahip olan Neil Fleming ve Colleen Mill'in dört boyutlu öğrenme kuramı hakkında detaylı bilgi verilmekte ve bu kuramın bir uzantısı olarak oluşturulan Sporcular İçin VARK Öğrenme Stili Envanteri'nin (Versiyon 7.1) Türkçe'ye uyarlaması sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın örneklemini Türkiye'deki devlet üniversitelerinin spor bilimleri alanlarında lisans düzeyinde eğitimine devam eden ve aktif olarak sporculuk yaşantılarını sürdüren rastgele seçilmiş 428 birey oluşturmuştur. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Bu araştırmanın bulguları, Sporcular İçin VARK Öğrenme Stili Envanteri'nin (Versiyon 7.1) Türkçe'ye uyarlanmasında geçerlik ve güvenilirlik katsayısının iki form arasındaki benzerlik açısından 0,79 ile yüksek düzeyde olduğunu ve ülkemizdeki sporcuların öğrenme stillerinin belirlenmesinde kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir.
