مستخلص: Social networks, that have grown so prevalent nowadays, enable users to exchange information and save a significant amount of personal data about them. Although the information that is stored can be useful for enhancing the quality of services provided to users, it also poses a risk to their privacy. This is because social networks contain private information about users. As a result, members of social networks seek to protect the confidentiality of their shared data. The most popular method for protecting confidentiality is anonymizing data, which involves modifying or eliminating some information while trying to preserve as much of the original data as possible. The high level of data loss, similarities attacks, and protection from attribute or link disclosure is problem with existing anonymity approaches. The study proposes a hybrid approach based on K-member k-means clustering and coati optimization algorithm (2KMCOA) as a successful solution for balanced clustering and anonymizing in social networks in order to get over these shortcomings. A K-member K-means clustering algorithm is used to divide the different users into C clusters and each cluster has at least K users, as part of the proposed anonymization procedure. Following clustering, an initial solution is generated that produces the modified data table which should satisfy objective functions and three constraints. The coati optimization algorithm (COA) is then utilized to optimize the primary clusters even more to anonymize the data as well as network graph. The efficiency of the proposed 2KMCOA is compared with other existing anonymity techniques K-means clustering with COA (KMCOA) and K- member K-means clustering without COA (2K) in terms of clustering error, balancing error, distortion rate, objective function, cost function and CPU running time.

مستخلص: The public key cryptography processor with probabilistic encryption is designed, and its performance with area and execution speed is analyzed as throughput rate. The processor contents the 0.053% of device usage and speed of 968.9 MHz. Throughput of 158,914 Mbps is accomplished. An implementation outcome of proposed PKCP attains a substantial reduction in utilization of hardware. This makes it more suitable for implementations of public key cryptography in ultra-low power devices like Wireless Sensor Nodes.

مستخلص: Background:Vitamin K antagonists (VKAs) are class I oral anticoagulants that are widely prescribed following surgical heart valve implantation. The objective of this study was to quantify the relative effects of VKORC1, CYP2C9and CYP4F2genotypes in predicting VKA dosing. Materials & methods:A total of 506 South Indian patients with mechanical prosthetic heart valves who were prescribed oral VKAs, such as warfarin or acenocoumarol, were genotyped. The discriminatory ability of mutant genotypes to predict dose categories and bleeding events was assessed using regression analysis. Results:The VKORC1rs9923231, CYP2C9*3and CYP4F2*3mutant genotypes significantly influenced VKA-dose requirements and explained 27.47% of the observed dose variation. Conclusion:These results support pharmacogenetic screening for initial VKA dosing among South Indian patients with mechanical prosthetic heart valves.

مستخلص: Healthcare Industry experiences a rapid change in the traditional way of providing Medical Services to Patients with the revolution of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Digitization of services. The Healthcare IoT (HIoT) provides Hospitals to render excellent services to Patients at an optimized cost. The Healthcare IoT must ensure not to disrupt or tamper with sensitive Medical Information of the Patient in addition to the continuous availability of data and services. The proposed framework is designed for secure emergency access to Patient data over Healthcare IoT. Normally, the Doctor obtains the Shared Key directly from the Patient to access the Medical data. In Trauma Plight, a Patient pre-shares an Attribute based Key with a set of Secondary Authority in Trauma Plight (SATP) and access permission to the Doctor for utilizing Emergency Key from SATP. The Doctor retrieves the medical record by using the Attribute based key and the Emergency-key to medicate the Patient in Trauma. The proposed ECC model based Trauma Plight Access Control (ETPAC) reduces the Shared Secret Key generation time, Encryption, Decryption Time, Cipher-Text size with low Secret Key Size. The performance analysis indicates the enhanced security with reduced time complexity of Computation and Communication in ETPAC compared to Lightweight Break-glass Access Control, an Efficient Policy Hiding Attribute Based Access Control, and an Efficient and Robust Attribute based Encryption Supporting Access Policy Hiding in Healthcare IoT.
