The article focuses on a study which examined the association between antenatal antidepressants and reduced gestational age at birth and an increased risk of preterm birth. Women who were followed over the course of pregnancy were the subjects in the study. They were divided into three different groups. Significant differences on the mean gestational age at birth were found among the three groups. |
