مستخلص: The experimental research studied the possibility to develop an innovative coating type having a finishing and also a thermal isolating function, starting from three materials different as nature and presentation forms: kaolin powder – a natural nanocompound, perlite granules – a natural traditional thermal isolating material and an acrylic coating in aqueous dispersion with ceramic microspheres – a modern synthetic thermal isolation nanoproduct. Three recipes of the new product type were made aiming to obtain homogeneous and workable mixtures, with good adhesion to plaster board surfaces. Further on, each mixture was applied in three layers on the support, therefore resulting three samples noted Sa, respectively Sb and Sc, which were cured and then studied by means of their total average thickness, adherence to the plaster board plates, thermal conductivity and surface specific characteristics. The experimental results showed that when mixed in a certain ratio, the three components can generate a new three – layered coating type with a thermal conductivity lower than that of one of the modern nano thermal isolation.
