This study investigated the new 4K ultra HD technology applied to colo-rectal oncologic laparoscopic procedures. We compared surgical intraoperative and post-operative outcomes in patients operated on for colo-rectal cancer either with a 4K ultra HD technology or a standard HD vision. This manuscript is not under consideration by another journal. All study participants provided informed consent, and the study design was approved by the appropriate ethics review board.
