مستخلص: The article discusses the case of a 37-year-old woman who sustained iatrogenic deep dermal wound after tattoo removal. The patient presented with a third-degree burn wound on her right lower leg, where she had tattoo 21 days ago. She had tried to remove the tattoo using acetic acid and applied silver sulfadiazine 1% cream after experiencing pain as advised on a patient forum website. She underwent eschar tissue debridement and achieved complete epithelization after treatment.
