مستخلص: We should not mention lung ultrasonography (LUS) in the context of a new diagnostic modality anymore. However, in our patient, LUS played the crucial role in diagnosis of FBA, and its involvement in the final diagnosis of FBA was published previously only in 2 patients. In reviewing the available literature, we did not find a single article reporting a lung sliding sign as decisive in establishing the diagnosis of FBA, as it was with our patient. Even though LUS was a crucial fingerpost to a complex diagnosis in our patient, CXR was very important to confirm the lung sonographic finding. [Extracted from the article]
