مستخلص: The article discusses case study of a 1-month-old boy, who developed nasal obstruction and facial flush during feeding and was diagnosed with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. It is noted that physical and pathological examination confirmed having tricuspid and mitral valve regurgitation. It was found that 50 J AED shocks are effective for treating infantile ventricular fibrillation.
