This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (Intervention). The objectives are as follows: To determine the effectiveness and safety of long‐term GnRH agonist therapy versus no pretreatment or other pretreatment modalities, (such as long‐term continuous COC or surgical therapy), before standard IVF or ICSI in women with endometriosis.
