الوصف: This report presents findings from an evaluation study of the role of lay workers - referred to as ‘Community Wellbeing Champions’ - involved in a community project ‘From Surviving to Thriving’: Improving Mental Health and Wellbeing in African and African Caribbean Communities delivered by Hope Atrium. The aim of the report is to evaluate the community project and to describe key features of the Community Wellbeing Champion approach and to examine the evidence that this type of intervention can have an impact on wellbeing.
