The article presents a study conducted to analyze and compare the physiochemical properties, including the antioxidant activity, of 15 different Iran-grown pomegranate cultivars. The study was meant to provide consumers with information in terms of finding a more nutritional fruit. The results show that the main factor in the physiological properties and antioxidant activities in pomegrates is the cultivar. |
