Harmful gases such as methane and nitrogen gas that occur as domestic livestock industry becomes larger become the cause of environmental pollution. Accordingly, amount of methane gas occurring in the area of livestock is becoming an important area of interest, and many researchers have been continuously conducting experiments to reduce methane gas. This proposed paper methane sensor installed inside shed is comprised of energy- efficient sensor using TinyMD5. The collected methane gas data can be monitored in real-time by user and when the amount of methane gas occurrence inside shed increase, it provides notification service to the user to allow quick response. Cowshed occurring can try to reduce methane gas.
