مستخلص: The article presents a case study of donovanosis as a sequelae of severe disease and successful azithromycin treatment. Genital donovanosis is a chronic, disfiguring ulcerative disease that may help in the transmission of other sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. Two cases of advanced donovanosis are presented, emphasizing the significant physical disability and potentially serious long-term social and emotional effects of this disease.
