مستخلص: The article discusses a study on the detection of spiramycin in rat saliva after it becomes undetectable in blood plasma. After providing doses of spiramycin to rats, researchers tested the levels of spiramycin available in the blood and in the salivary glands. It was found that even after it became undetectable in blood plasma, it was still detectable in saliva.
