(Colombian Fund for High Cost Diseases, 2018) In Colombia there is no information about direct medical costs for prophylactic treatment and for patients diagnosed with hemophilia B with inhibitors, this economic evaluation is intended to provide information on this type of direct medical costs that you may be Used in subsequent studies of complete economic evaluations. Given the above, when performing this work, it is expected to generate reliable and objective information about the costs of direct medical services and the demand of patients diagnosed with hemophilia B with inhibitors in Colombia. ; La hemofilia es una enfermedad huérfana que afecta a la coagulación de la sangre ya que se caracteriza por un defecto o deficiencia en alguno de los elementos, llamados factores, que se necesitan para que la sangre coagule. (Liras, 2015) En Colombia, para el año 2017 se presentaban 362 casos de pacientes varones con Hemofilia B, de los cuales 33 pacientes presentan inhibidores. De los 33 pacientes que presentan inhibidores, 30 pacientes presentan tratamiento profiláctico, mientras 3 pacientes presentan tratamiento a demanda. (Fondo Colombiano de Enfermedades de Alto Costo, 2018) En Colombia no se cuenta con información de los costos médicos directos para el tratamiento profiláctico y a demanda para pacientes con diagnóstico de Hemofilia B con Inhibidores, se busca realizar esta evaluación económica con el fin de brindar información sobre este tipo de costos médicos directos que permitan ser utilizados en posteriores estudios de ... |
