| الوصف: | I contesti urbani sono diventati un simbolo della complessità contemporanea e un laboratorio dove persone adulte sperimentano pratiche di cittadinanza attiva, di partecipazione, di educazione informale. Molte effervescenze urbane movimentano “dal basso” quartieri e territori e non mancano iniziative che partono dalle istituzioni, come quelle connesse ai processi di rigenerazione urbana che coinvogono gli abitanti e le reti attive nei contesti. Dopo una stagione significativa di programmi dedicati alla rigenerazione urbana una prospettiva emergente è quella delle Smart cities, che tra luci e ombre, immagina una città digitale e una città socialmente creativa. ; Urban environments have become symbols of contemporary complexity and at the same time, workshops where adults experiment with practices of active citizenship, of participation and informal education. Much of the energy and excitement which enlivens urban areas and territories works “from the bottom up”, while there is no scarsity of initiatives devised by institutions, such as processes of urban renewal that involve the inhabitants and the networks active in those contexts. After a significant period of programmes devoted to urban renewal, an emerging prospect is that of Smart cities, which envisage – in all their light and shade – a digital city and a socially creative city. |
