| الوصف: | Ülkemizde toprak havuzlarda deniz balıkları üretimiyapan işletmeler, Muğla İli Milas İlçesinde yoğunlaşmıştır. Çoğu küçük aileişletmesi olan ve yörede tabana yayılmış bir ekonomik faaliyet yürüten buişletmelerin yaşadıkları sorunların araştırılması ve bu sorunlara çözüm üretilmesiönemlidir. İşletmelerin sürdürülebilirlikleri, bu sorunların doğru yöntemlerletespit edilmesine ve bu sorunlara etkin çözüm önerileri geliştirilmesinebağlıdır. Bu çalışmada, işletmelerinmevcut durumunu ortaya koymak amacıyla yüz-yüze anket çalışması yapılmıştır.Anket çalışmasıyla ortaya çıkan sorunlar neden-sonuç yöntemiyle sorun analizitestine tabi tutulmuş ve sorun ağacı şemasında kök sorunlar ile bu sorunlarındoğurduğu çıktı sorunlar tespit edilmiştir. İşletmelerin; pazarlama sorunlarının çözülmesi, üretim süreçlerininiyileştirilmesi, üretim maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi ve kullanılan yeraltısuyunun azaltılması için çalışanların mesleki kapasitelerinin artırılmasıgerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Katılımcıların sürdürülebilir üretimin gerekliliğiile ilgili tutum ve farkındalıklarının yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıcaçalışma sonucunda, toprak havuzlarda deniz balıkları üreten bu işletmelerinsürdürülebilirliği için çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiştir. Earthen pond aquaculture facilities producing marinefish are commonly located in Milas town of Muğla Province inour country. Investigating the problems of these financially expanded among therural people and mostly family-owned, small-scale facilities and findingsolutions to problems are important. Sustainability ofthese facilities is relevant to determine the problems via appropriate methodsand finding efficient solution to problems. In this study, a face to facesurvey was conducted to determine the present status of facilities. Problemsrealized in the sequel of survey were tested with problem analysis according tothe cause and effect relation methods and root causes and the outcome causes ofthese root causes were determined on problem tree diagram. The need forincreasing professional capability of personnel was emerged in order to resolvethe marketing problems, improving the fish producing process, decreasing theproduction costs and decreasing the ground water usage. The attitudes andawareness of participants towards the need for sustainable production were onhigh levels. Also at the end of this study, solution suggestions were offeredfor the sustainability of these earthen pond facilities producing marine fish. |
