The article presents a study which investigates the anti-allergic effects of the ethanol extract of marc (SFEM) to isolate the ethanol extract with anti-inflammatory activity to determine its structure. The study used silica gel and ODS column chromatography to separate the ethyl acetate fraction (EtOAc). Results show that actinidiamide was found to inhibit the production of nitric oxide (NO). |
