الوصف: Bearings are machine parts that are widely used in the industry as an indispensable part of rotary machines that allow heavy loads to be transported at high speeds and also have very low rolling losses. For this reason, early diagnosis of bearing faults are extremely important in order to ensure the healthy operation of the machine. In this study, it is aimed to detect different types of faults in ORS 6208 plastic cage deep groove ball bearing using vibration analysis and noise measurement methods. For this purpose, bearing fault was created by damaging the outer race, inner race and ball of three separate ORS 6208 plastic caged deep groove ball bearings, and simultaneous vibration and noise measurements were made. The data obtained as a result of vibration and noise measurements were examined in the time and frequency region, in addition to these, envelope analysis was performed using Hilbert transform and bearing faults were determined as a result of these analyzes. Comparing the vibration analysis of bearings with different types of damage, it has been determined that Hilbert transformation is more successful in detecting the damage on the bearing. At the same time, using the values obtained from the sound measuring device, the theoretical Sound Pressure Level, Sound Intensity Level, Sound Power Level, Directionality and Directional Coefficient of the bearings were calculated. The noise values between healthy bearing and faulty bearing are compared in dB.
