A design-build construction firm based in Mansfield, Texas has completed the modular building manufacturing for the expansion of Denver International Airport. The firm has constructed 36 modular sections that will make up a 26,312 sq ft addition to Concourse A East. This project is part of the second phase of an upgrade and expansion of the airport's commuter facility. The modular building will provide five additional gates for Frontier Airlines and is being constructed by local contractors under a joint venture project. The installation of the modular building sections is scheduled to begin in October and is expected to take six weeks to complete.
