| الوصف: | The upside down stomach (UDS) is an organo-axial rotation. The condition results from upwards migration of the antrum of the stomach towards the negative intrathoracic pressure particularly in cases having communication with the thoracic cavity as in penetration or eventration of the diaphragm.
