| الوصف: | Primary mixed cellularity Hodgkin’s lymphoma of the parotidgland is extremely rare. We report here an 80-yearold woman who presented with a painless preauricularmass of two months duration. Cytological and histomorphologicalfindings were consistent with mixed cellularityHodgkin’s lymphoma. Due to the age and the presenceof comorbid diseases, the patient only received radiotheraphyand has been in remission for 12 months sincethe initial diagnosis. Primary Mixed cellularity Hodgkin’slymphoma of the parotid gland is extremely rare and theprognosis, in addition to the biologic behavior of this diseaseis yet to be evaluated.
