الوصف: CLINICAL findings and laboratory tests frequently fail to indicate accurately the pathologic status of the gall bladder in acute cholecystitis. Gangrene with incipient or actual perforation may exist with minimal physical signs and with normal or only slightly elevated temperature and blood counts.
