Amoeboma is a cosmopolitan parasitic tumor. It is often difficult to distinguish it from cancer. We report 3 cases of patients operated for digestive cancer. The final diagnosis was amoeboma of the gallbladder, the caecum and the left colon. In the first case, the patient was operated for a mass in the fourth segment of the liver in contact with the gallbladder. For the two other cases, patients were operated in emergency for a complication (abscess and peritonitis). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

L'amoebome est une tumeur parasitaire cosmopolite. Le diagnostic différentiel avec les cancers digestifs est difficile. Nous rapportons les observations de 3 patients opérés pour des cancers digestifs et dont le diagnostic définitif était un amoebome de la vésicule biliaire, du coecum, et du sigmoïde. Dans une observation, la patiente a été opérée devant une masse du segment IVadhérente à la vésicule biliaire, en dehors d'un contexte d'urgence. Dans les deux autres observations, l'intervention en urgence a été motivée par des complications à type d'abcès péri-coecal et de péritonite. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
