The many treatment options and the reasons for choosing one over another; Praise for the design of the study but caution that standardisation removes it from real life practice; How good physicians make choices on treatments; Study which compared excision to Mohs' surgery; Arguments against the absolute conclusions reached; Suggestion there is a time and a place for standard excision and for Mohs' micrographic surgery and it is the duty of the physician to know when to choose one or the other. |
