| الوصف: | Dorsal pancreatic agenesis is very rare congenital anomaly of pancreas. Patients with this anomaly are usually asymptomatic or may present with abdominal pain or acute or chronic pancreatitis. We report the case complete dorsal pancreatic agenesis and absent right kidney in a young patient not described previously in literature. |
