The article focuses on the logistic regression analysis of the socio-economic condition of the older people in the rural areas in Bangladesh. The results show that more than 60% of the aged populations are illiterate and that 60% of the aged are living with joint family as well as 75% of the aged are using hygienic toilet facilities. It notes that the economic conditions of the literate aged are better than of the illiterate aged. |
