This issue of the journal "IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science" is devoted to the 13th IEEE-NPSS Real-Time Conference on Computing Applications in Nuclear and Plasma Sciences held in Montreal, Québec, during May 18-23, 2003. Of the approximately 130 articles accepted for presentation at the Conference, 53 were submitted for possible publication in the journal. After peer review, 43 articles have been accepted. The author thanks the IEEE for providing "Manuscript Central," an invaluable tool for supporting the process of peer review. |
