The article discusses the importance of involving the human resources (HR) management into the company business. HR consultants and managers need to provide the organization with solutions for a medium and long term period. HR needs to plan and manage its own Project Management. HR professionals need to develop a strategic plan which incorporates pre-designed structures in order to collaborate with the business. Results of a strategy suggested are enumerated. |
