The authors reflect on the medical research of the retinoblastoma (Rb) paradigm. They mentioned that Rb acts as a prototype linked to the inactivation of both alleles of the Rb1 gene. They noted that the role of the Rb1 gene is shown to be a serious flaw in accordance to the epidemiological, biological and clinical evidences. The article discussed the implications of the Rb1 gene's misleading behavior in the scientific community. |
