مستخلص: The article presents a note regarding the current nature of domestic servitude within the context of the international effort to battle human trafficking in the U.S. It investigates the strength of current government practices in keeping abuse of victims of trafficking from domestic servants. It also examines both potentially beneficial and detrimental elements of current anti-trafficking that can be reformed towards creating an environment of transparency that admonishes domestic worker abuse.
