The article presents a case study of an 86-year-old man who was admitted because of small-bowel wall thickening and mesenteric lymphadenopathy. It states that enlarged Kerckring folds with shallow ulcers were revealed through capsule endoscopy and double-balloon endoscopy. It adds that the patient's diagnosis was small-bowel adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL) with gastric AL amyloidosis. |
