The article reports the results of the "Building Client Advocacy: New Opportunities for Wealth Management Firms" survey conducted by IBM Global Business Services. Based on the survey, forty-three percent of wealth management clients are advocates of their firms while forty percent do not see their firm to be trustworthy.
