| الوصف: | In the progress of performing carrier detection and prenatal diagnosis for Duchenne muscular dystrophy we encountered a family in which a deletion-mutation was transmitted twice in succession by a woman who was apparently no carrier for the deletion. This phenomenon could only be explained by the presence of a preexisting germline mutation. |
