The article offers information on the use of oligonucleotide microarray diagnostic technique in the detection of porcine three viral infections. It mentions that assymetrical polymerase chain reaction (PCR) systems coupled with oligonucleotide microarray was developed to identify rapid and specifically multiple viral infections of swine. It notes that a flourescent signal above the background noise, during the test, will determine the presence of virulence genes. |
