Statistical data analysis is an essential tool for project planning, execution and reliability. The Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is a parametric test that assesses whether the means of two or more populations are equal and it helps researchers in assessing the importance of factors by comparing the means of response variables in different groups. The objective of this research was to study the behavior of the variables DPPH, FRAP, phenolics and flavonoids evaluated in a Fully Causalized Design (DIC). For the variables DPPH, FRAP, phenolics and flavonoids, the ANOVA assumptions of normality and homoscedasticity were tested. All variables comply with the assumptions of the parametric test. The Analysis of Variance applied to the variables identified a significant difference between the extraction methods. However, to know exactly which extraction methods have different means, Tukey's test was performed. For the DPPH variable, the significant difference occurred between the extraction methods (conventional aqueous) and (supercritical - 60ºC), for the FRAP variable, the significant difference occurred between the extraction methods (ultrasound) and (conventional -70% and conventional aqueous), for the phenolic and flavonoid variables, a significant difference occurred between the (ultrasound) and (aqueous conventional) methods. Thus, the parametric statistics used in the work showed that the behavior of the studied data differs from each other and that the green methods are a viable alternative in the extraction of bioactive compounds. ; A química verde, também conhecida como química para o desenvolvimento sustentável, visa desenvolver ações científicas ecologicamente corretas.
