The Everyday Meaningful Activities (EMA) intervention is individualized and client centered and aims to increase adherence to active lifestyle behaviors. We showed the preliminary effectiveness of the EMA intervention in forming new active behavior habits and decreasing sedentary time among older adults living in the community.
